Hi there,

As a mentor, educator, actor, writer, director and mother of two grown children, I am passionate about creative processes and excited to share the diverse experiences I’ve gained in this innovative approach to mentoring.

MANIFEST-U MENTORING borrows techniques used by actors and writers to develop characters and stories. The mentoring framework allows a creative & nurturing space to help release blocks or potential - for whatever projects, ideas, or aspirations need to be manifested.

Beginning Sessions:

In the initial sessions, MANIFEST-U MENTORING cultivates a supportive and nurturing environment, encouraging curiosity and reflection.

Questioning & exploring you, we'll first remember your backstory relative to the help you need: the who, the what, the where, your past objectives and goals, how you achieved them, and where you failed or feel you are failing.

Through gentle questioning, you are encouraged to reflect privately & note your answers & thoughts.

Middle Sessions:

The four intermediate sessions will maintain a question-and-answer format, encouraging confidential written replies as we delve deeper into identity, projects, aspirations, and potential challenges specific to the type of help you need.

We will reflect upon the structures that shape or hinder your projects, life or work. We will chart the landscape of relationships—not just focusing on the main characters in your life but also including supporting figures and minor roles.

MANIFEST-U MENTORING provides objectivity and a fresh perspective on maintaining you as the 'main protagonist, heroine, or hero' within your life or projects - to serve your needs and goals.

End Sessions:

The final two sessions are crucial for shaping the beginning and intermediate stages.

MANIFEST-U MENTORING is dedicated to creating and nurturing new insights and objectivity in a carefully crafted document or personal manifesto, realigning intentions and aspirations to fulfil your mentoring goals.

The manifesto document may also be a first step towards preparation for any form of creative endeavour or presentation work.
